TODAYS ROUTE: FRIDAY, 21/11/08

The team will be transported from Alpine Heath back to the main road (R74). From the main road (R74) they will cycle to Bergville (R616 + R74) which is 10,2km (ETA 06h30). Then on to Frere (R74+R103) which is a 46km cycle and then to Estcourt, another 20km's. They are expected to arrive in Escourt at 9am for a short break. From Estcourt they will make their way through to Rawdons (51km - ETA 12h00). Overnight stop is at Rawdons.

TOTAL KILOMETRES FOR THE DAY: 127,2
